Here at LABELMEPINK we have a return policy set in place to satisfy our customers. If an item has not be open, used, installed, damaged, colored, etc. we are happy to refund the full amount with a returned package. We can not issue a refund until we receive the package from you. Labelmepink will not cover any shipping cost when it comes to the returned package. If the item/s purchased are not what you ordered or if there is a bigger issue than Labelmepink is willing to negotiate up to an 50% refund store credit depending on the situation.
